In our first week together, we'll uncover the history and defining characteristics of the flow state, exploring what really makes this state so unique and powerful. You'll get an insightful look into the psychology and neuroscience that underpin flow states, giving you a deeper understanding of how this phenomenon works. We'll also discuss how flow can significantly impact happiness and well-being. By the end of this week, you'll have a comprehensive grasp of each stage of the flow cycle, setting the stage for your own journey into achieving and sustaining flow.

This week is all about learning techniques we can use to help ourselves find flow. You'll start by discovering how to tailor your external environment to foster easier access to flow states. Then, we'll dive into the the mental, physical, emotional, and energetic factors that influence flow. Through this exploration, you'll learn practical strategies to enhance your flow capacity. 

overcoming obstacles 

In Week 3, we'll address some of the common challenges you'll face and how to overcome them. From the fear of failure to lost motivation, you'll learn techniques to navigate obstacles effectively and maintain flow. I know what it’s like to feel stuck between achievement and happiness.

In 2017, after a lifetime of perfectionism and overachievement, I was sick — of living for the weekends, never having time for myself, and just sick in general (a result of being in constant chronic overdrive).

I thought, how come the things that bring the most meaning and fulfillment to my life are always the first to get cut from my schedule? 

Right then and there, I made a promise to myself to start spending more time doing the things I loved — and as I did, I realized there was something more to this list. Something underneath each of these activities that made me so drawn to them.

When I came across Mihaly Csziksentmihalyi's book Finding Flow, I realized flow was what I'd been seeking in all of these experiences.

More than that, I realized flow wasn't just limited to hobbies  — it was something I could train and leverage to perform better and feel more fulfilled in other areas of my life, too.

💡 This was a HUGE lightbulb moment for me.

I always hated that the world reinforced only two paths: EITHER be smart and work hard OR have fun and live in the present. As if we must choose.

Training flow gave me the freedom to carve my own path and choose both.

It took me years to discover, and with flow still being a newer concept, it took even more years to collect all the pieces of the puzzle and understand how to train it myself.

4 Weeks to Flow is the kind of program I wish I'd had starting out: a way to learn all the basics, lay a strong foundation for mastery, and finally break free from the monotonous hamster wheel of life and work on autopilot.

I created this course not just to give you transformative knowledge and tools, but to help you FEEL and apply these intangible concepts for yourself — and to have fun doing it!
